  * Layers Clothing (jacket): Use clothing and waterproof clothing has a thick layer. These clothes should be warm climbers. REI, Capilene, Patagonia & have a good choice to wear either upper & lower body including socks & underwear.

   * Water Containers: Use a container of water resilient. it is intended that if the water   container at any time we fall, we need not fear we will run out of water. Do not forget to bring a tonic for stamina so that our journey smoothly.

    * Food: Take the sports nutrition foods such as energy bars, gel packs, along with nuts, peanut butter & jelly, bananas, and apples. Tip! Take Performance Foods that will help you climb-Avoid junk food!

    * Multi-Tool/Knife: A great item to have along. Many models contain knives, scissors, tweezers, knife saw, pliers, & others.

    * Sunglasses: Selecting an all-around lens that is not too dark for shadows.
If you have a "dark" lenses, you will not see very well when you are under a canopy of trees or in low light conditions.

    * Sunscreen: The sun is VERY intense at higher altitudes! Snow, Water, & desert sand can intensify the reflection burns. Use lots of sunscreen & reapply frequently.

    * Flashlight: Even if there is a remote possibility trapped in the darkness, taking some of the light. Do consider the LED flashlight. Go for the best flashlight durable and reliable, which will not fail you when you are in darkness as emergency! Some of the best flashlights around.
This is the best for maximum light, conserving the battery, light weight, and reliability. They even come with an emergency (SOS) signal settings.
Tip! It is always a good idea to keep spare batteries with you in case you suddenly run out of power flashlight.

    * Map / Directions: Know where you're going! Depending on the complexity of the journey, you will need anything from a simple handwritten notes, web pages, or even topographic maps with GPS.

    * Whistle: This is a MUST HAVE tool. This will help people to find you if you go down!

The things above are some important aspects of mountaineering in the world that we should not ignore. To minimize the impact of hazards that exist, we must set things right. Leave what you find; Minimize campfire impacts; Respect wildlife; & Be the attention of other visitors. Be a true climber.
